RULES OF CARRYING OUT OF COMPETITIONS
![]() 6.1. General provisions. 6.1.1. In the given section of competitions the participant shows practical application of technics(technical equipment) of represented style, a degree of possession of ways of self-defense from an attack, including armed. 6.1.2. Ways and kinds of attack can be regulated and free. About what it is underlined in Regulations about competition. 6.2. Conditions of carrying out of competitions. 6.2.1. Competitions are carried out(spent) in the following age groups: 8-11 years; 12-15 years; 16-18 years; 19-35 years; 36 years also are more senior. 6.2.2. Taking into account specificity of competition, some age groups can be incorporated, about what it is underlined in Regulations about competition. 6.2.3. All-stylish competitions are carried out(spent) on tatami by the size 6Х6 meters. 6.2.5. The participant of competition shows technics(technical equipment) of self-defense with the assistant. 6.2.6. Protectively - counterattacking actions should consist of 3-5 elements. 6.3. The order of carrying out of competitions. 6.3.1. Competitions are carried out(spent) in one circle. The judge estimate performances(statements) of sportsmen on ball system. 6.3.2. If necessary the Main judiciary board can make the decision on carrying out of a preliminary circle. But it should be declared prior to the beginning of competition. 6.4. The order of performance(statement). 6.4.1. The participant showing technics(technical equipment), leaves on edge(territory) of a platform tatami to the right of a judicial table. His(its) assistant leaves on edge(territory) of a platform (tatami) to the left of a judicial table. 6.4.2. If conditions of demonstration include protection against an attack with the weapon, the assistant should leave it(him) at edge(territory) of a platform (tatami). 6.4.3. Sportsmen, costing(standing) at edge(territory) of a platform (tatami), should execute ritual of a greeting of judges and each other before demonstration of technics(technical equipment) and the ambassador. 6.4.4. For demonstration of technics(technical equipment) sportsmen should leave on initial places. 6.4.5. The assistant begins attacking actions on a command(team) of the referee which moves once in the beginning. 6.4.6. For selection of the weapon the assistant independently comes back to edge(territory) of a platform (tatami). Having taken the weapon, it(he) leaves on an initial place and continues attacking actions. 6.4.7. After demonstration sportsmen should return to edge(territory) of a platform (tatami), execute ritual of a greeting each other and judges and to expect the announcement of result. 6.4.8. Leave(Abandon) a place of competition sportsmen can only after the announcement of result of demonstration. 6.5. The order of refereeing. 6.5.1. Priorities in criterion of refereeing: a) Correctness and accuracy of performance of technical elements; b)Unity of performance of technical elements; c) Speed, force, a rhythm; d) Stability(Resistance), preservation of balance; e) Correct use of a distance; f) The control of the contender (assistant); g) Fighting spirit, mobilization, concentration; h) Correct breath and distribution of forces. 6.5.3. Exhibiting the minimal estimation. The minimal estimation is exposed in cases: a) Obviously low обще-technological level of the sportsman; b) Absence of fighting spirit; c) Obvious infringement of principles of distribution of capacity of efforts; d) Absence of the control of the contender and his(its) weapon; e) Wrong breath at performance protectively - counterattacking actions; f) Inefficient, weak, languid and slow attacks of the assistant; g) Premature, unjustified falling the assistant. Submission of a signal of the executed painful control or suffocation before his(its) actual performance; h) Excess of allowable contact at carrying out of attacking and counterattacking actions; i) nfringement of technics(technical equipment) of the control of the weapon, able to result in insignificant wound of the participant who is carrying out demonstration of technics(technical equipment); j) non-observance about an output(exit) on a platform (tatami) and a leaving(care) from it(her) (him(it)); k) Non-observance of ritual of a greeting; l) Infringement of the form of the clothes, represented school, style or a direction. 6.5.4. The infringements conducting to disqualification: a) Inability of performance of protective actions; b) Falling at performance protectively - counterattacking actions; c) Infringement of technics(technical equipment) of the control of the weapon, able to result in significant wound of the participant who is carrying out demonstration of technics(technical equipment); d) Causing a trauma to the assistant as a result of what performance or technical actions with infringement of the given Rules; e) Delay to an output(exit) on a platform (tatami) more than for 2 minutes; f) Refusal to obey commands(teams) of the referee; g) Infringement of moral - ethical standards of behaviour. 6.5.5. In all additional circles of the referee gives the task for performance of protection against any certain kinds of the attacks stipulated by conditions of carrying out of competition. But these kinds of attacks should be identical to all competing in the given circle. 6.6. The actions resolved(allowed) protectively - counterattacking. 6.6.1. Impacts by hands with controllable dosed out contact in the case. 6.6.2. Imitation of impacts by hands and legs(foots) in a head, a neck, joints, a back, a groin. 6.6.3. Impacts by legs(foots) with controllable dosed out contact in the case and legs(foots). 6.6.4. Beating completely hands with controllable dosed out contact in the case. 6.6.5. Imitation of beating completely by hands in a head, a neck, joints, a back, a groin. 6.6.6. Imitation of beating completely by legs(foots). 6.6.7. Throws, cuttings, knockings down. 6.6.8. Captures. 6.6.9. Imitation of captures for inguinal area. 6.6.10. Controllable painful and suffocating receptions. 6.6.11. Imitation of impacts by the weapon. 6.7. The actions forbidden protectively - counterattacking. 6.7.1. Drawing any impacts in full contact. 6.7.2. Drawing any impacts by the weapon. 6.7.3. Performance of dangerous throws without additional measures of the insurance and the self-insurance. 6.7.4. Impacts by hands and legs(foots) with contact in a head, a neck, joints, a back, a groin. 6.7.5. Drawing contact impacts at beating completely by legs(foots) in the case and hands and legs(foots) in a head, a neck, joints, a back, a groin. 6.7.6. Uncontrollable painful and suffocating receptions. 7.KOBUDO BUNKAY 7.1. General provisions. 7.1.1. In the given section of competitions the participant shows practical application of technics(technical equipment) of possession by the weapon of represented style, a degree of possession of ways of self-defense with use of the weapon from an attack with various kinds of the weapon and without him(it). 7.1.2. Ways and kinds of attack can be regulated and free. About what it is underlined in Regulations about competition. 7.1.3. The choice of the weapon can be free or regulated. About what it is underlined in Regulations about competition. 7.2. Conditions of carrying out of competitions. 7.2.1. Competitions are carried out(spent) in the following age groups: 8-11 years; 12-15 years; 16-18 years; 19-35 years; 37 years also are more senior. 7.2.2. Taking into account, specificity of competition some age groups can be incorporated, about what it is underlined in Regulations about competition. 7.2.3. All-stylish competitions are carried out(spent) on (tatami) by the size 6Х6 meters. 7.2.5. Items(Points) of the given unit I fully comply with section 6.5.3. with addition of one: * Inactive use of the weapon at demonstration of technics(technical equipment). 7.5.4. The infringements conducting to disqualification: a) Inability of performance of protective actions; b) Falling at performance protectively - counterattacking actions; c) Infringement of technics(technical equipment) of the control of the weapon, able to result in significant wound of the participant who is carrying out demonstration of technics(technical equipment); d) Loss of the weapon; e) Causing a trauma to the assistant as a result of performance of any technical actions with infringement of the given Rules; f) Impossibility to continue demonstration owing to breakage of the weapon; g) Delay to an output(exit) on a platform (tatami) more than for 2 minutes; h) Refusal to obey commands(teams) of the referee; i) Infringement of moral - ethical standards of behaviour. The actions resolved(allowed) and forbidden protectively - counterattacking same, as well as listed in items(points) 6.6. and 6.7 given Rules. 8.SEMI CONTACT KUMITE 8.1.1. It is the form of conducting fight with drawing impacts by hands and legs(foots) and a stop for charge of glasses after each exact hit. 8.1.2. Impacts are rendered with dosed out contact. 8.2. Conditions of carrying out of competitions. 8.2.1. Competitions are carried out(spent) for boys and girls, young men and girls, men and women separately. 8.2.2. Participants are broken into age and weight categories agrees tables.
8.2.3. If necessary organizers of competitions can unite some weight categories. 8.2.4. Participants of competition can be divided(shared) into categories skill corresponding to a level about what it is underlined in Regulations about competition. 8.2.5. Duels are carried out(spent) on an equal platform with a smooth surface, the size 8Х8 meters. In competitions of age groups till 12 years – 6Х6 meters. Use tatami is possible. 8.3. The order of carrying out of competitions. 8.3.1. Duels are carried out(spent) on Olympic system with leaving after loss. 8.3.2. Lost in semifinal duels struggle among themselves for the third place. 8.3.3. At quantity(amount) of three participants in a weight category, duels are carried out(spent) on circular system. 8.3.4. The order of performance(statement) of participants is defined(determined) by a toss-up. 8.3.5. The sportsman caused first, acts with a distinctive red belt(zone). The sportsman caused second, acts with a distinctive white belt(zone). 8.3.6. Prior to the beginning of a duel participants cost(stand) on edges(territories) of a platform opposite each other: to the right of the referee - the participant with a red belt(zone), at the left – with white. 8.3.10. After each stop of a duel participants should return on initial places. 8.3.13. If the help of the second for correcting equipments is necessary for the sportsman, clothes or are other objective reason for a stop of a duel, the participant should signal a raising of the right hand. 8.3.15. Duration of a duel in age groups till 12 years of 1,5 minutes, in age groups since 13 years of 2 minutes. Final – 2 and 3 minutes, accordingly. 8.4. The resolved(allowed) technical actions and their estimation. 8.4.1. Drawing impacts by hands and legs(foots) in a head and the case is authorized. Performance of cuttings foot in foot from the external and internal party(side). 8.4.2. Impact can be appreciated only under condition of his(its) exact hit. An estimation of technical actions.
8.4.7. Contact is resolved(allowed) up to a knockout in case of drawing exact controllable impact on counter movement in a chin, a solar plexus or a liver. In this case attacking the victory is set off. 8.4.8. In a case of knock-down the account does not open. Charge of points or preventions(warnings) are made according to Rules. To the sportsman time for restoration, but no more than 10 seconds is given. 8.5. The forbidden actions. 8.5.1. Drawing impacts by the external, internal parties(sides) or an open glove. 8.5.2. Drawing impacts by elbows and knee. 8.5.3. Captures. 8.5.4. Drawing impacts by hands in a neck. 8.5.5. Impacts by legs(foots) in a neck. 8.5.6. Impacts in a nape, crown a part of a head. 8.5.7. Impacts in a groin. 8.5.8. Impacts on joints. 8.5.9. Impacts in a backbone. 8.5.10. Impacts from above in clavicle. 8.5.11. Impacts by a head. 8.5.12. A long presence(finding) a back to the contender. 8.5.13. Neglect protection. 8.5.14. Refusal to obey commands(teams) of the referee. 8.5.15. Any other actions which are not included in the list resolved(allowed), or which referees will consider unworthy, or unfair. 8.6. Preventions(Warnings). 8.6.1. The following actions can be the reason of the subsequent prevention(warning): a) Outputs(Exits) for limits of a platform (tatami). It is supposed three outputs(exits), after the fourth – there comes disqualification; b) Performance of the forbidden actions; c) Causing behaviour, conversations during a duel, roughness or not observance of ritual; d) Continuation of a duel after a command (team) "yame"(stop); e) Autocratic leaving platforms (tatami) f) Any simulation, avoiding of carrying out of a duel; Preventions(Warnings), in themselves, do not influence an outcome of a duel. Except for cases of disqualification. 8.6.2. The order of preventions(warnings): a) keykoku the first prevention(warning). The
referee specifies legs(foots) of the infringer; 9. LIGHT CONTACTKUMITE 9.1. General provisions. 9.1.1. It is the form of conducting fight with drawing impacts by hands and legs(foots) without a stop for an estimation of technical actions. 9.1.2. Impacts are rendered with easy contact. 9.2. Conditions of carrying out of competitions. 9.2.1. Age and weight categories.
9.3. The order of carrying out of competitions. 9.3.2. During a duel if the referee stops fight and does not return participants on initial places in the center of a platform (tatami), they(he,it) should be made a step back. 9.4. The resolved(allowed) technical actions and their estimation. For use of complex(difficult) technical elements, application of effective combinations to the sportsman 1 point is added. 9.6. The order of definition of winners. 9.6.1. The winner is defined(determined) by the majority of voices of lateral judges. 9.6.2. The referee can stop a duel and preschedully award a victory over obvious technical advantage of one of fighters. 9.6.3. If upon termination of a duel it is impossible to define(determine) the winner, additional minute of fight is appointed. At impossibility to define(determine) the winner after additional minute, the second minute is appointed. If and after that the winner is not determined, the victory is awarded under the decision of judges (HANTEY BUT ROLL). 10. KEMPO KUMITE 10.1.1. It is the form of conducting fight with drawing impacts by hands and legs(foots), use of throws, painful and suffocating receptions. The duel is conducted without a stop for an estimation of technical actions. 10.1.2. In competitions among age groups till 13 years drawing impacts with easy contact is authorized. 10.1.3. In competitions of age groups from 14 years also is more senior duels with drawing impacts in full contact are carried out(spent). 10.1.4. Suffocating receptions are resolved(allowed) in competitions of age groups from 14 years and is more senior. 10.2. Conditions of carrying out of competitions. 10.2.1. Competitions are carried out(spent) for boys, young men and men. 10.2.2. Participants are broken into age and weight categories agrees tables.
10.2.3. If necessary organizers can unite some weight categories. 10.2.4. Duels are carried out(spent) on (tatami), the size 8Х8 meters. Straight lines, circular, lateral, back, from above, circular with a turn. Circular impacts on hips (the top third of hip) from the external and internal party(side). c) Drawing impacts in an orchestra and from an orchestra. Impacts in an orchestra, in the case, are rendered with easy contact, in a head – are designated. d)A designation dealing the final. e) Performance of captures. 10.5. The forbidden actions. 10.5.1. Drawing impacts by hands in a neck. With rare exception it results in automatic disqualification. 10.5.2. Drawing impacts by an open glove, the bottom or top part of a glove. 10.5.3. Impacts by legs(foots) in a throat. It as results in disqualification. 10.5.4. Any other actions which are not included in the list resolved(allowed), or which referees will consider unworthy, or unfair. 10.6. Preventions(Warnings). 10.7. The actions resulting(bringing) in disqualification. These sections correspond(meet) to identical sections SEVEN CONTACT KUMITE. 10.8. The order of refereeing. In the given section the information distinguished from unit LIGHT CONTACT KUMITE is resulted only. 10.8.1. After performance beat completely or test impact in an orchestra of the referee should stop a duel and direct sportsmen on initial places. 10.8.2. Struggle in an orchestra lasts 10 seconds. The order of definition of winners. In this section the information distinguished from unit LIGHT CONTACT KUMITE is resulted only. 10.9.1. In case of two knock-down or one knockout, lead(carried out) technical actions admits as the winner if from his(its) party(side) there was no infringement of rules. 10.9.2. The executed painful reception or suffocation admits as the winner. 10.9.3. At performance of a throw from the rack with an instant designation beat completely the sportsman receives 4 points. Demonstration of technics(technical equipment) of a represented direction during 3 – 5 minutes. Demonstration of technics(technical equipment) is estimated on two categories: 1. A category of technics(technical equipment) – criteria taki, as kata, kata Kobudo, yakusoku kumite (self-defense), Kobudo bunkai. 2. The category of show – is estimated a way of submission, a harmonious combination of music and action. |
